Clarendon College Residence Halls are more than just a place to live. They’re a place to belong! Our residence halls offer a welcoming, home-like atmosphere where students can connect with friends, access helpful resources and amenities, enjoy convenient dining, and become part of a close-knit community of fellow Bulldogs. From living and learning to making lifelong memories, our residence halls give students a place to feel at home while they thrive at Clarendon College.
Bed for all dorms is 29 inches tall with bed risers it is approximately 3ft Tall. TW XL on Mattress
PHELAN
Vaughan Hall: Students have vanity with a sink and personal medicine cabinets inside their room. Each floor has a community-style bathroom featuring individual shower stalls for privacy. Each resident is provided with an individual study desk and chair for studying and completing coursework. Vaughan Hall is a traditional two-story residence hall featuring a spacious lobby designed for studying, relaxing, and socializing. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a pool table, dart board, television lounge area, and vending machines, creating a comfortable and welcoming community environment. |
VAUGHN
Phelan Hall: It is a traditional one-story residence hall. Students have a vanity with a sink and personal medicine cabinets inside their room. Residents are provided with an individual study desk and chair for studying and completing coursework. Each wing has a community-style bathroom featuring individual shower stalls for privacy. Phelan Hall has a spacious lobby with a television lounge area and vending machines. |

KNORPP
Knorpp Hall is a traditional two-story residence hall designed to provide both comfort and community. Rooms are arranged in a Jack-and-Jill style, with two rooms sharing a bathroom, and each room includes a private vanity with a sink. Each resident is provided with an individual study desk and chair for studying and completing coursework. Residents can relax and socialize in the lobby, which features a television and vending machines. The building's laundry facilities are conveniently located in the basement. |

REGENTS
Regents Hall: Like Knorpp Hall, each room includes a vanity with a sink and a shared bathroom with suite mates, providing a more semi-private bathroom arrangement. Room entrances open directly to a grassy outdoor area or central courtyard rather than an interior hallway. Regents Hall features two single-story residential buildings situated on either side of a beautiful central courtyard with paved walkways, grassy areas, and mature trees. This unique outdoor setting provides residents with a comfortable and welcoming community atmosphere. The lobby and laundry facilities are conveniently located in the Regents East building. |

SOUTHWEST
SW: Southwest Hall is the smallest residence hall on campus, offering a quiet and comfortable living environment. This single-story building features spacious rooms with private bathrooms, providing students with added convenience and privacy. Its smaller size creates a close-knit community atmosphere. |

Safety & SecurityStudent safety is a top priority in all residence halls. Each hall is equipped with 24-hour security camera surveillance, and campus security officers regularly patrol the residence hall areas. In addition, every residence hall has a Dorm Director who lives on site and is available to provide support, respond to concerns, and help create a safe, welcoming community for all residents. Laundry FacilitiesAll residence halls offer convenient on-site laundry facilities with washers and dryers available exclusively for residents. Laundry rooms are accessible 24 hours a day, and all laundry services are provided free of charge, making it easy for students to take care of everyday needs while living on campus. Mail & Internet AccessStudents can conveniently receive mail and packages through the Clarendon College Library. All residence halls also have a dedicated Wi‑Fi network for dormitory residents, providing reliable internet access for academics, entertainment, and staying connected. Parking & TransportationAll residence halls are conveniently located near spacious student parking lots, providing easy access to campus housing. Resident students must register their vehicles and receive a parking permit at the beginning of each semester at no additional cost. |
